A.Unless you are proven guilty in a criminal case you are not a criminal and you are as good as any ordinary citizen with all your rights intact. Have you seen the politicians that with so many charges on them they win elections and become ministers. So, need to worry for your job till the final judgement is passed in the case. If the police verification for the job happens they will simply mention that a case is pending that's it and it will not impact your job.

A.Dear Client,
You should not worry of all about the Harassment case against you which is pending in the court. If the case has been filed by Police lodigging FIR against you then the record is with police, while verification is done. While in other way if complaint case before court has been filed and cognizance has not been taken against you yet and is in process, then in that case the would not been in knowledge or in record of police verification. However , in any of the above case you have to keep 8n your mind that you have not been adjudged as guilty by court or not convicted yet, which is subjudiced in court or pending. In job a certificate like declaration is generally asked that if convicted or declared guilty in any criminal offence and 5yrs has not lapsed or passed. Hence, no need to worry go ahead with fresh mind. Better to get compromise in 498A case if it possible and get out of the case.
Thanks

A.Hi,
If the court order comes within the date of police verification, there won't be any bar for getting the job if you are not guilty. At the time of police verification, they will report this case to the authority concerned and they have to decide about this matter.
Thank You

A.Hi,
Police has to submit the report to the authority concerned about the case against you which is pending in the court. You can apply for an extension for joining if there is any chance for the court order come within a specified time considering the current status of the case. If you are not guilty, there won't be any bar for joining in any government department.
Thank You

A.Dear Sir,
Better go to High Court if charges are not framed and get a stay order. It is a family case and if police wish to give negative report then get an order from High Court to clear the Police report.
