A.Dekhiye isko koi nhi batayga aap ko ki notice ki kitni fees hoti hai. Ye advocate par depend karta hai ki usne apne work ke liye kitna fees fix kiya hai. Isme seniority ka bhi fark hota hai senior apne status ke anusar leta hai. But har advocate ka apna ek status hota hai jiske anusar fees fix ki jaati hai.

A.Dear Sir,
It ranges between Rs. 5,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- but the quality of contents of legal notice differs on the experience of the concerned advocate. You may approach any expert advocate for drafting such legal notice which will be considered as basic and foundation document for your future litigation. Never compromise with the contents and quality of the same.

A.Hi,
Since there is no fixed procedure to send a legal notice for divorce, it can be sent either through registered post or can be personally tendered to the husband/wife. However, in such cases as well, the other party also has the option of sending a counter-reply to legal notice for divorce. There is no fixed price for a divorce notice. It depends upon the complexities of the case and also the lawyer's fees.

A.Hi,
Ethically, it’s a good practice to follow. Especially in cases of husband-wife conflicts, one should usually call up the person (to whom the notice is sent), requesting to come up for counseling or a discussion, and try to resolve matters out of court. However, you are not bound to send a legal notice and can simply wait for the court to summon. The charges depend upon each lawyer and varies.

A.See the charges for sending a legal notice depends on individual lawyers and that you will have to figure out by asking to each individual lawyer one by one. You will not be able to get a consolidated fee for all lawyers at one place.

A.Charges of a lawyer varies according to the quality of his/her work. The local lawyer of your place can give you that idea because Divorce case is required to be filed before the District judge/ Additional District Judge within whose jurisdiction either you or your spouse resides or within whose jurisdiction your marriage was solemnized.
