Refund of fees

I joined a UPSC coaching institute. In its terms and conditions it was written fees can be refunded within 2 weeks of commencement of classes. However in the fees receipt it is written fees paid not refundable. Will I get a refund? My 2 weeks are not over yet.

A.You will get refund amount, if not you may issue legal notice to them

A.Within 2 weeks of commencement of classes you need to demand refund.

A.Ask them to redound the amount. If there are not refunding then we can issue a legal notice them for refund.
