I had availed 2 jewel loans from Kerala Fashion Jewellery ,Chennai in 2019.The Jewellery is closed now .So, I need legal advice on this matter.
A.You need to figure out the owner of the shop and his credentials and once you got it then you have to send a legal notice to recover your belongings and your money. If he ignores then you will have to file a case in the civil court.

A.Dear Sir/Madam,
In the present case first, make an attempt from your side regarding the shop's status. Post that you can consult a legal representative or file a consumer case in the consumer tribunal or you can also approach the police.

A.Dear Sir/Madam,
In the present case first, make a good attempt from your side regarding the shop's status. Once you are done with it you can consult a legal representative or file a consumer case in the consumer tribunal. To the least, you can also approach the police.

A.Dear Sir,
Get issue a legal notice to the address and get an postal endorsement that it was closed. Then approach the concerned licensing authority and get an endorsement that it was closed permanently and if possible get mobile numbers and personal address of the proprietor and then lodge a police complaint for getting your jewelry which was pledged by you.
