A.If you are planning to buy that site then to have the clean property you need to have the conveyance deed executed by both the son and the daughter as both of them are legally the owners of the property as per the Muslim law.

A.Hi,
Inheritance of property in Muslim law comes only after the death of a person, any child born into a Muslim family does not get his right to property on his birth. Muslim does not create any distinction between the rights of men and women. On the death of their ancestor, nothing can prevent both girl and boy child to become the legal heirs of inheritable property. However, the
quantum of the share of a female heir is half of that of the male heirs.

A.Hi,
According to Muslim law, both the son and daughter have right in their parent's property after their death. But quantum of the share of a female heir is half of that of the male heirs. In this case, the daughter is having right in her parent's property but she gets 50 shares when the son gets 100 shares in the parent's property.

A.Aap ke according real land lord ki death ho chuki hai. Unki death ke baad unke ek son or ek daughter hai .
Kya daughter ka bhi adhikar hai aisi property me Muslim vidhi ke abusar.
Yes Muslim vidhi ke anusar dono ka adhikar hai. Agar son ka adhikar 1 part hai tab daughter ka son se 1/2 part hoga. Isliye son ka ek bhah daughter ka 1/2Hissa hoga.
Sale deed dono se hi le to jaida better hoga.
