I'm a Hindu girl, I got married a man without knowing that he was already married a girl before me. What should I do know?
You may lodge a police complaint as he cheated you. On registration of FIR you may share the same on the social network and also with his employer so that he will lose his job and pay compensation with divorce to you.

Firstly, your marriage with such man is void and illegal. You will have to file for a decree of nullity of marriage in the court. Further, the man has committed the offence of bigamy for which he can be punished. You can file a police complaint against him.

Your marriage with that man is void from the beginning. Your marriage is not legal. The man has committed bigamy, which is a criminal offence, and he can jailed for the same. You can file a police complaint against your husband. You will have to approach the court to obtain the decree of nullity.

Agar nhi li gai hai to koi baat nhi.
Aap ki shadi hindu law ke anusar shuru se hi void hai.
Aap uske khilaf police complaint kar sakte hai ki usne aap ke shad dhokha kiya hai ki vah pahle se hi married tha. Section 494 IPC banega.
Aap court se bhi apni marriage ko void declared kara sakte hai.
Aap harassment ke liye bhi jaa sakte hai. But karna aap ko hai kisi advocate ko appoint kare sabhi fact share kare unse.
Uske baad action le.
