Is clicking a women photo to collect the evidence of misbehaviour with elder like father in law , who is doing wrong act like she comes and lies on the bed in front of father in law is wrong.

Normally, it is not an offence unless you wish to misuse such photographs for blackmailing her or otherwise. You may take the consent of your father-in-law and can lodge a complaint against such girl.

If she is your relative and you are doing it for the purpose of presenting it to the court as evidence then your action might not be classified as having wring intention. She might challenge it and you still can prove yourself right in the court of law.
