Coaching institute not refunding the fees Coaching institute not refunding the fees

My daughter joined a Coaching institute, who charged the full-year's fee, but advertised one-month's time to checkout the course material, with full-refund guaranteed on cancelling. She informed them of cancelling the arrangement well within time; the company acknowledged the same, but has dithered payment for over an year now. Their standard response is that very soon their cancellations sectrion will get n touch with us... - only, they never do, until out of frustration you call them yourself again. The game has been going on. Their officers are aware of this, as they have been informed.

A.Send them a legal notice through a lawyer which they be forced to respond to. After that you can file a civil case to recover your money with a heavy compensation for harassment and mental torture caused to you and your daughter.

A.Hi,
First of all, write a letter requesting them to refund you as per their terms and conditions. If their response is not satisfactory, you can approach consumer court in your jurisdiction and accordingly file a complaint for deficiency in services.

A.Hi,
You may contact any local counsel who will draft consumer complaint for you taking all the legal grounds showing deficiency in services. The pecuniary jurisdiction of the Court would depend upon the fees paid by you to the institute.
