If a central govt staffs without knowing about CODE of conduct raise fund for his father treatment but not used that amount before his father died what action did the office took on this issue

A.Hi,
If the father is legally entitled to a raise, he can receive it, and there is no obstacle that may prevent him from doing so. It's also a good idea to contact the office and confirm that the correct amount is provided to the person.

A.Hi,
If there is a raise that the father was legally eligible to get, then he can rightfully get it and there is no impediment that can stop him in that circumstance. Also, it is advisable to reach out to the office and ensure that the proper amount is given to the person.

A.Dear Sir,
Ignorance of law which includes code of conduct is of no excuse. You may plead for mercy and get rid of this problem by agreeing to repay the said amount which was drawn and not utilized. No further punishment will be there.

A.If the employee has raised fund for his father and his father has died then the employee needs to return the funds to the people from whom the funds have been taken and stay clean. The employee can explain to the office his situation when the show cause notice is issue to him.
