Not joining company after signing and accepting offer letter Not joining company after signing and accepting offer letter

Hello Sir/Madam, I got a job through campus placement and have signed and accepted their job offer but have not taken any bonus or any other asset like laptop from company. I have not started working for the company yet, and I got better offer from another company. My question is what would be the legal repercussions if I don't join the company even after signing the offer letter?

A.hello
you have accepted the company's offer that means you have signed the terms and conditions of their employment, So you are bound by those term and conditions of the company and in case you want to leave the job you'll have to act according to the said terms and conditions. For example to provide a notice of 3 month prior to leaving the job.
Thanks

A.hello
Generally they get you sign a bond paper that in case you left the job in certain duration then you'll have to pay the amount agreed to them. if you have signed such agreement then you'll have to pay that amount and leave the job otherwise you could just submit your resignation to you boss or HR manager.
Thanks.

A.Hello
Aap ko company se nokari ke liye offer mila hai. Jiske liye aap ke or company ke bich ek written agreement likha gya hai. Usme kuch terms or conditions bhi hongi. Jahan tak meri opinion hai aap us agreement se bound hai. Agar aap us company ka offer sawikar nhi karna chate hai. Tab aap ko unko information deni hogi ki me aap ki company ke satha kaam nhi karna chati hu. Mere dwara kiya gya offer aap ke satha samampt karta hu.

A.Dear concerned,
If you have signed offer letter and other term and conditions of that company and such joining period as given in the offer letter has expired or has not clearly defined in offer letter then in that condition you are free to join any other company at present t in your hand. Thay company can not force you over offer letter and has not been processed to join , so unless appointment letter has not be duly issued by company. You can move to other company having opportunity with new one in hand.
Hence, do not worry, and mind it , no employee can be forced to join the company even if he defy the joining or leaveing the company, except money borrowed or assets with employee of the company etc).
Thanks

A.Dear Sir,
It has no consequence and repercussions as you have not joined and assumed the charge of that post. You may just inform the HR you are wish not to join and take up new job.

A.To give opinion in this regard,it is necessary to scrutinize that Offer Letter which had been signed by you signifying your due consent to comply with the Terms and conditions specified therein. Usually joining is the main requisite but when there is offer and acceptance of contractual obligations, then the terms of such contract are binding upon both.
