Name incorrect in plot registry

We have done the registry of a plot in Nagpur on my mother name and in registry the name of my mother is incorrect, does it will creat any issues and what is the procedures to get it corrected as the registry is alredy signed updated in system records with incorrect name

You have to get execute Rectification Deed and thus said mistake deemed to have been rectified. If it is not corrected at this initial stage you have to face so many problems at the time of loan and selling the property.

A.Is the name in the conveyance deed wrong or is the name in the registry records wrong? If in the deed it is wrong then you have to get a rectification deed done once again and if the record is wrong then give an application to the registrar with a copy of the deed and get it corrected.

A.Aap ne yahi bataya ki sale deed kab ki hai. Kya dono parties jinda hhai.Agar dono parties jinda hai tab aap apni mother ke naam ko thik kara sakte hai. Uske liye aap ko ek correction (Tatima) deed likhni hogi jisko registered karana hoga. Correction deed sale deed ka part hoga. Agar aisa nhi ho paata hai tab aap ko civil court me naam thik karane ke liye declaration suit file karna hoga. Kyon ki kisi bhi documents ko nirast ya correct karne ka right sirf civil court ko hai. Kisi or authority ko aisa karne ka right nhi hai.

A.Hi,
It is important to correct the name of your mother in the registry. Your mother has to visit the registry office with all the required documents for proving her name and give a request for the same. There may be a nominal fee to get her name updated in the records.

A.Hi,
It is important to update or else it leads to lot of legal complications. You may simply approach the registrar's office with a proof of the correct spelling of the name and get it corrected.
