A.Dear Sir,
You may immediately lodge complaint with local police and also concerned department and next time send someone else to purchase same agarbatti packet and try to record the evidence on your hidden mobile.

A.Demand for invoice is a consumer's right and no shopkeeper can refuse to give bill. Invoice should be proper and must clearly mention the shop and goods details purchased by you. You can file complaint in district, state and national consumer redressal forum under consumer protection act according to the type of goods, quantity and amount of the bill.

A.You can complain for what he did to you but practically it will be difficult for you unless you have recorded everything or you have some eye witness for the whole incidence. If you have like that then lodge a complain with the consumer redressal forum.

A.Aap ko police complaint karni cchahiye.Or bill na dene ki complaint bhi karni chahiye. Kyonki shopkeeper ka duty haiki vah aap ko original bill de. Agar nhi diya hai ir MRP se jaida bill liya hai. To uske liye bhi complaint kare.

A.Hi,
You can move to the consumer court. You can register a complaint via online too. You can also mention his reluctance to give the bill and not giving the balance amount. If it is proven, you will get compensation.
