Stay order on my business

My transport is in a street,one resident got stay from court that my trucks could not enter in street it is difficult for loading goods i am working from there for 40 years

On the basis of easementary right and moreover there is no alternative for you get load your goods as such on these grounds you may get vacate such stay order. If stay order is not vacated approach Higher Court in appeal and submit that they cannot play on your livelihood.

A.You should challenge that stay order in the higher court of appeal as you have been relying on the business for last 40 years to sustain yourself and others. Consult some good lawyer for this and challenge the order.

A.On what ground stay has been granted plz disclose,however cu can approach the court which granted stay for vacating it by filling vacting application ,if that gets rejected approach before the higher forum .Do rate me if u like this advise
