Based on reference to high court judgement link- http://zeenews.india.com/news/delhi/section-of-any-park-can-be-used-as-playground-hc_702447.html can't we play in public park by putting shuttle badminton court

A.Playground is different from badminton coat. Badminton is an indoor game.

A.You cant be permitted to setup a permanent bedminton court unless and until you have permission of concerned authority who maintains the park
