Who is eligible to receive the pension and EPF

Actually I'm saying my father is death on 19may 2021and his EPF claim process I don't know and my mother's expire three yrs ago and we are orphan we are three sister and one brother and I'm major and three is minor to what's should be rule in pf who is the pension eligible and not be.plz understand

Contact office department regarding this as the EPF amount is paid to the nominee that was nominated at the time of initiation of the account. If there was no nominee assigned then the EPF amount is paid to the immediate members of the family.

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
Upon the death of an EPF member, the EPF amount is paid to the nominee that was nominated at the time of initiation of the account. If there was no nominee assigned then the EPF amount is paid to the immediate members of the family.

A.Dear Sir,
If person nominated also died then legal heirs jointly can claim amount or one of the legal heir by taking NOC can claim the amount. For this person you have to file a representation along with death certificate of your parents and family tree of your family.

Being a legal heirs of your father all of you are eligible for EPF and pension also. You please contact with your father office authorities they will help you or you may take help of union of your father department .

A.The EPF will be given the nominees in the equal share and I think your father would have recorded all your names in the nominee list. You being the major will have to tale care of rest of the siblings. The family pension like wise will be given to each one of you. Contact the office where your father was working.
