How to change date of birth in my certificates and documents?

Please help me to change my DOB on passport,aadhar card ,voter card,educational certificates .my original Dob is13-10-1996.but my parents give my DOB on school 13-8-1989.they tell me about this when I am young they do this due to early job and vote and they think about abroad on work basis but we open a business which was closed so we are in loss and this Dob does not work know I think I go abroad on nanny base or ilets but my age difference is more so I think why not I change my DOB legal help so this time gap eliminated and it helps to develop a good future in abroad for me .

It is difficult to change your date of birth in all certificates since you don't have any single document to prove your real date of birth. For every correction, proper documents should be submitted. If all documents shows the same data, it is having legal validity before the court of law.

A.Hi,
Since your DOB is same in all certificates, it is not possible to correct it unless until you have a valid document to prove your correct date of birth. For changing date of birth or any other details, it is important to submit any relevant document to prove that the information you have given is correct. But in your case, lack of such document is there.

Rules regarding Correction in Date of Birth
The application for correction in date of birth duly forwarded by the Head of school along with documents mentioned in byelaws 69.2(iii) shall be entertained by the Board only within one year of the date of declaration of result. No correction whatsoever shall be made on application submitted after the said period of one year.
Rule regarding Correction in spelling on name/surname etc.:-
Correction in name to the extent of correction in spelling errors, factual typographical errors in the Candidate’s name / Surname, Father’s name / Mother’s name or Guardian’s name to make it consistent with what is given in the school record or list of candidates (LOC) submitted by the school may be made. Application for correction in name of Candidate/Father’s/Mother’s/ Guardian’s name will be considered only within one year of the date of declaration of result provided the application of the candidate is forwarded by the Head of Institution with the following attested documents: i.True Copy of Admission form(s) filled in by the parents at the time of admission duly attested by the Head of the concerned institution ii.True Copy of the School Leaving Certificate of the previous school submitted by the parents of the candidate at the time of admission duly attested by the Head of the concerned institution. iii.True copy of the portion of the page of admission and withdrawal register of the school where the entry has been made in respect of the candidate, duly attested by the Head of the concerned institution

Applications regarding changes in name or surname of candidates may be considered, provided the changes have been admitted by the Court of law and notified in the Government Gazette before the publication of the result of the candidate.

A.To get tour date of birth changed in all these documents that you have mentioned you will have to almost take rebirth and is next to impossible. Correcting all the documents especially the educational certificates not possible so just ignore.
