AM A GUARDIAN OF A CLASS X STUDYING STUDENT IN CBSE PRIVATE SCHOOL.THE INTERNAL EXAMS ARE GOING TO BE CONDUCTED FROM 22 JULY.JUST THE DAY AFTER EID CELEBRATION.UPON REQUESTING THE SCHOOL AUTHORITIES TO CHANGE ONLY THE EXAM DATE OF 22 JULY TO SOME OTHER DAY , THEY CAME UPON THE RESOLUTION THAT THOSE WHO DONT WANT TO GIVE EXAM ON 22 JULY CAN GIVE EXAM ON 6 JULY.THUS CREATING A SITUATION OF COMMUNALISM AMONG STUDENTS IN THE AGE OF LEARNING WHERE DIFFERENT DATES ARE ASSIGNED FOR MUSLIM AND NON MUSLIM STUDENTS.WHICH AUTHORITIES CAN I GO TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST SCHOOL FOR SUCH UNFAIR MANAGEMENT DECISION?

A.Hi,
You can raise this issue to the school management. Since this is internal examination, and it's the duty of college to fix the exam date, they have to give a proper explanation about this and if you are not satisfied you can approach the court.

A.Hi,
First you have to raise this issue to the school management. If they are not giving a proper justification, you can approach court asking for court's interference in this matter.

A.Dear Sir,
You may immediately make the issue viral on social network and also approach High Court for appropriate direction not only to the school but Government Authorities who control the school administrations to issue such circulars which shall call upon them to not to create such situations in future.

A.If you are aggrieved with the decision of the school then you can write to the education department of the state government which regulated the school and if they don't pay heed to you then you can knock the door of the court against the school and the government for such arbitrary decision.
