A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and cancel such deal or else ask him to canvas for getting loan for you. Your proposal to cancel the loan is based upon a well grounded reason and he cannot deny.

A.Aap ke dono ne aapash me ek agreement kiya hoga. Usme ek time limit likha hoga. Ki is time tak soda pura kar liya jaiga.
But agar kisi parties ne shart ko pura nhi kiya hai tab soda nirast kar sakte hai. But aap ekle aap sode ko nirast nhi kar sakte hai.
Agar property dene wale ne shart ko pura nhi kiya hai tab aap apne money ki recovery ke liye court jaa sakte hai.
AAP ko recovery suit file karna hoga. Yahi vikalp aap ke pass hai.
Aap ko answer thik lga hai tab aap rate karne ki koshish kare.

A.Hi,
It would be difficult to revoke the agreement because it was established with the shared goal of creating mutual consideration. If none of the payments have been paid, the arrangement can be terminated with minimal annoyance costs.
Thank you very much. Please give the answer a rating.

A.Hi,
Since the agreement has been made with a common intention to create a mutual consideration therefore it would be difficult to cancel the agreement. however, the agreement can be canceled with minor inconvenience charges, if none of the installments have been paid yet.
Thank you. kindly rate the answer.
