The reply is filed by the respondent in the writ petition but the name of the petitioner is being shown in the filed by column whereas the reply is filed by the respondent counsel what does it mean?
A.Dear Sir,
It is a clerical error you need not take it as serious error. On the date of hearing you may bring to the notice of Hon’ble Court above such error then Court may direct him to file amended reply.

A.Such errors are not uncommon on the part of the software or the men operating these softwares and without judging the matter it appears to me as some human error in making the entries on the system. As abundant caution it is suggested that the matter be brought to the notice of the department concerned or the court for immediate rectification.

There must have been some technical glitch in the software, you can ask the your legal representative to get it corrected through the court officials and staff.
