A.Dear Sir,
Any property acquired under Will is self acquired property of your father. Nobody can claim share in such property. Your father can dispose of such property to anybody as he may likes.

A.Hello
Your father getting property from your grandfather that means he is inheriting the property as per the will as he is the legal heir. The property is not self acquired as it has not been purchased by your father's money.

A.Yes, absolutely self acquired property of his own. Respect your father. Now he owns it exclusively and absolutely. Take care of him in all respects. God will be kind to you. He can give to any body of his choice and wish. He can further make a will of it.
Thanks Dear

A.Hello
Self acquired property is the property that you have purchased from your own income. As far as your self acquired property is concerned, you are free to dispose of it in any manner you like. Therefore, the property your father has acquired is inherited property not self accquired.

A.yes if the property is bequeathed by will and on which a probate was obtained then the property would be a self acquired property of your father. Hence such property will not be ancestral property even if the property would have otherwise devolved on your father.

A.My father getting property by will deed, then these properties are my fathers self property or not?

Answer: Once your father gets the property by way of "Will Deed" and the same will be treated as self acquired property only, he has every right as he becomes the absolute owner of the properties hence.

A.If your father got that property by virtue of probated Will, then that property becomes his self acquired property which he can transfer in registered manner to any person of his choice without interference of his legal heirs.

Please take note that the Will until and unless probated, has no legal value.
