A.Dear Sir,
It will be posted for final arguments. If both advocates or parties in person are ready then Court will hear the matter and dispose the case. However, old cases will be preferred to new cases as such you may require minimum time to get your case listed.

A.Hi,
If you are being compelled to join the club, you can take your case to a civil court to verify that no one is using force against you. If the club provides you with services and you use them but do not pay the fee, it is your moral obligation to pay the fee for the service. A condo owner, like the owner of a detached property, has the right to sell and transfer
Thank you.

A.Hello,
as a respondent in a petition, you have been issued with a summons and may appear in court yourself. You may also have a pleader or advocate representing you, whom you should properly train so that he can answer any important questions before the Court.
Thank you very much.

A.Respondent's reply in respect of any Petition can be either through Written Objection or through Affidavit in Opposition. Thereafter the Petitioner through his/her Affidavit in Reply can be entitled to oppose the contention of that Written Objection or Affidavit in Opposition of the Respondent and then after argument of both Parties, the Order will be given by the Ld. Court.
