In a writ petition, what happens after the respondent has filed a reply to the plaintiff's notice?

A.Dear Sir,
The Court will hear finally and pass final orders. But, it takes some time to mature such Writ Petition into final hearing stage. You have to get advance the case otherwise it will be kept in cold storage.

A.A.Respondent's reply is either through Written Objection or through Affidavit in Opposition . Thereafter Writ Petitioner can file Affidavit in Reply and then by hearing( argument of) both parties,Order will be passed.

A.Hi,
After the reply has been filed. The case commences hearing before the bench. The case would be heard by the judges, and there on additional objections/counters would be allowed to be filled by both parties.

A.Hi,
After the respondent has filed the reply to the plaintiff's, the case commences. There will be preliminary hearing. Then the plaintiff would file the objection to the respondent's version.
