SIR, MY SISTER HAS TWO DAUGHTER LEFT AFTER THE EXPIRE OF HER HUSBAND. ALL THE PROPERTY WAS DISTRIBUTED BETWEEN THE 2 BROTHERS OF HER HUSBAND BEFORE HE WAS EXPIRED BUT THE NAME OF THE PROTERTY ARE NOT CHANGED TO HER HUSBAND NAME BEFORE HIS EXPIRED. NOW THE BROTHER AND MOTHER OF MY SISTER'S HUSBAND DON'T WANT TO GIVE THE LAND AND THEY TURN OWNER NAME IN THEIR NAME WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF MY SISTER. WHAT LEGAL AUTHORITIES CAN REQUIRED IN ORDER TO GET THE NAME OF THE LAND TO THE TWO DAUGHTER OF MY SISTER.

A.First you have to collect the documents to claim your property/land and approach the concerned local authority for incorporating heirs name, as required by them you have to apply in the prescribed form, however it is better to consult a property professional lawyer of your area to guide & help you on all aspects of the issue of ownership and protect your interest quickly.

A.If that land is ancestral property then that daughters are heirs by birth. The better way for finding resolution is to contact with best lawyer for legal advice. It might be helpful for further procedure.

A.You find out the concerned authority for the kind of property/ land in the matter and give a written representation to include names of heirs there and obtain a acknowledgement from the authority. Then wait for their action or reply.
