A.Dear Sir,
You can get issue a notice under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act and filed petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights. You can approach High Court and get DV proceedings quashed.

A.Aap ki wife dawara divorce ka case file kiya hua hai. Usme uske dawra apni divorce petition me kuch to base liya hoga. Agar aap vo base niradhar proof kar dete hai tab aap ko vo divorce nhi de sakti uska petition kharij ho jaiga.
Apko uska divorce petition kharij karne ke liye strong evidence deni hogi. Taki uske dawara lagaya gya aarop jhuta ho jae.

A.In that Matrimonial Suit for Divorce, you will get your chance to file Written Statement through which you can always state that your wife has no valid ground for Divorce and due to temporary misunderstanding being emotionally charged up she had filed the domestic violence case which is otherwise baseless and you will also have to submit that you are willing to lead conjugal life with your wife. The Judge will give you as well as your wife reasonable opportunity for reconciliation which can help you as well as your wife to save your marriage.

A.Hi,
Your wife has to establish the grounds for divorce in her case in order to successfully get a divorce decree. You can contest the divorce case and establish that there is no valid ground for divorce. Provide us with more detail in order to better assist you.

A.Hi,
You have given very limited details about your case, under such circumstances, it is difficult to advise, however you can contest the divorce case and adduce evidence to prove and establish your case. Your wife will have to establish the grounds for divorce, and you can contest it.
