Can I retrun all streedhan in CAW acording to final list given by my wife in CAW cell, in future my wife claim more dowry items in court ?

A.Dear Sir,
Return all such streedhan under a valid acknowledgment and take signatures of two independent witnesses and if possible get it video graphed. These evidences are sufficient for future reference.

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
Stridhan is a part of women property so she is entitled to them however she cannot irrationally demand more in the court unless the cause is justified. As far as returning the stridhan is concerned please find a legal way of doing it and deposit them as the court asks and let the parties acknowledge to it

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
Without a written acknowledgement do not handover any articles as once you do they can still file case u/s 498A, 406 IPC. Stridhan falls under her personal property but besides that, there should not be any dowry demand in the court.
