Husband absconded after first motion left wife and two girl child
A.If he has treated you in this fashion then you need to teach him a lesson too. You can either get this case converted to contested case or file a fresh case for contested divorce.
Additionally file a maintenance case for yourself and two daughters and let him feel the heat of two cases.

A.Hi,
As soon as feasible, file a divorce petition using his last known address. If he refuses to receive summonses for whatever reason, the court will issue a public notice in the media. If he does not appear in court after the publication is published, the court will grant the wife's petition and issue an ex parte decision.
Thank you very much.

A.Dear Madam,
Get it converted into contested divorce or file separate and fresh contested divorce petition and get ex-parte decree of divorce. You may also claim huge compensation/alimony so that he may come and contest the case.
