Non payment of Full and Final settlement by employer Non payment of Full and Final settlement by employer

I left my previous company and while leaving the HR said the full and final settlement will be done within 60 days. It has crossed 60 days. I sent them a reminder email but they aren't responding. The company is in Bangalore and currently I'm in my hometown in another State. They are doing the same for other ex-employees too as I have checked with others. What legal actions should I take to get my dues as early as possible?

A.Hi,
You can provide HR with a legal notice for their irresponsible action, which is in violation of the initial service contract signed at the time of inclusion. You might enlist the help of other ex-employees and issue HR a joint notice.
Thank you very much. Please give your opinion on the response.

A.Dear Sir,
Get issue a legal notice and threaten to initiate recovery proceedings not only for arrears of salary but also compensation for mental harassment. Further approach office of Labor Commissioner under Section 12 of Industrial Disputes Act.

A.What you should do is collectively all of those employees who have been fired/terminated from the company and whose dues are pending, can file a joint case in a court to get the money. You can file a summary suit which is faster and you will get your money quickly.
