Wife commits suicides after verbal fight with husband. Then girl's parents made false dowry claims, give statements like her daughter was illiterate but girl did job in airlines. A.Hi,
In the case of a fake dowry case, the respondent has to reply to the charges. the innocence of the person will be brought forward and no innocence will be treated as guilty.

A.If they register a case against the mother and son then they will have to seek Anticipatory bail first of all to secure their freedom and to fight the case. Once the case is moved to the court after filing the chargesheet then the accused will have to prove his/her innocence by providing all the relevant evidences.

A.Dear Sir,
First try to get anticipatory bail. If any FIR is registered against family members then approach High Court seeking stay and quashing of such FIR. It is a serious offence and you should not take it as light criminal case.
