Therefore these are the ways: Newspaper Publication. Name Change Deed. Request letter to the Secretariat. Name Change Statement. Reply Letter from the Secretariat. Publication Money Receipt.Gazette Notification.

A.The process is not that simple as Boards and Universities do not allow those changes so easily. The way out could be that you get a First Class JM affidavit done and then on that basis you apply to the concerned authorities for change of DOB.
