Husband not communicating properly

My husband is on H1B and myself on H4 dependent visa. We are married in Feb’20 and I stayed with him in US until we came to India in Feb’21. We had misunderstandings and last week he left to US. He informed me but he’s not communicating properly after going there. I’m planning to go to US on Family seperation reason. He says he’s not liking to talk to me and be with me. Kindly let me know what are all the possibilities he would do as next steps and once I go there. What should I do. I’m not planning for divorce.

A.Matrimonial matter ko pyar se solved karna chahiye. Aap ke kathanusar ki kuch miss understanding ho gai hai hum dono ke bich. Usko apash me sitting karke solved karne ka paryash karna chahiye. Ho sakta hai koi solution nikal jae.
Agar nhi nikalta hai tab aap court me case file kar sakte hai.
Court case is last option hai.

If you do not wish to take divorce then it is much advised to settle your matter peacefully. You should communicate and try to resolve your issues while actually meeting each other.

Since you are not planning for divorce you should talk to him personally and try to solve your issues calmly. As once you start with the legal procedure it will create a lot of complications for you. Predicting his possible moves is difficult at the moment but least to least he might take legal recourse.

A.If he is not communicating to you properly then you will have to figure out ways to do so as there is no law which can force him to talk to you properly. Since he is in USA and you will be travelling for there ensure that you keep all your family members aware about all situation so that they can be of help in case you fall into any problem.
I would suggest that you be in touch with a lawyer fro India whom you can consult in need of bad times.
You must be guided properly to mitigate any risk arising out of untoward situations.

You can initiate multiple cases against your husband to bring him to your terms. All Indian laws are in favour of married women you must take shelter under the same and file 498A of IPC case, domestic violence case and also get issue a legal notice under Section 9 of HM Act.
