DEAR SIR,
I AM A VICTIM OF FAKE RAPE CASE ALLEGED BY MY FAMILY FRIEND WITH COLLUSION WITH MY WIFE.
I APPLIED BAIL WITH ASJ THAT WAS DISMISSED. THEN WE FILED TO HON'BLE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AND FROM SEPT. 2017 TO 6 TH JULY 2018 WE GOT THE FINAL ORDER THAT
"LEARNED APP FOR THE STATE HAS INFORMED THAT CHARGE SHEET HAS ALREADY BEEN FILED IN THE COURT OF METROPOLITAN MAGISTRATE ON 05/07/2018. THE MATTER COMING UP ON 23.7.2018.
THE COUNSEL FOR THE PETITIONER SUBMITS THAT HE MAY BE ALLOWED TO WITHDRAW THE PRESENT PETITION BUT THE INTERIM PROTECTION AGAINST ARREST WHICH WAS EARLIER ORDERED MAY BE EXTENDED TILL 23.7.2018 WHEN THE PETITIONER INTENDS TO APPEAR BEFORE THE COURT OF COGNIZANCE.
THE PETITION ALONG WITH ACCOMPANYING APPLICATION IS DISMISSED AS WITHDRAWN. THE INTERIM PROTECTION AGAINST THE PETITIONER SHALL ENURE TO THE BENEFIT OF THE PETITIONER TILL 23.07.2018."

Please confirm following
What is the next process.
Is there any chance of arrest after 23.7.2018.
Shall i file regular bail earlier than 23.7.2018
Is there any chance of bail getting dismiss.
As charge sheet is submitted in ACMM Court and IO told me to appear in the same court. So we need to apply regular bail in the same court or ASJ /Sessions court is only authority to grant me bail?

A. Hire a good lawyer to defend your case on 23.07.2018. The day is very crucial and prosecution will try his best to cancel your bail but you need to defend your case
