Non payment of salary by a PSU Non payment of salary by a PSU

I am working in a PSU in India. I am a permanent employee in executive level. My company pays only 25k monthly as interim salary citing financial issues of company. This interim arrangements is being done from June 2019 onwards. Now it's been 2 years and the arrears comes to around 6L now. Due to income tax complications form 16 is issued for full salary and not for 25k. What are the legal steps that can be processed to get the arrear money soon. Do the company pay arrear with intrest. Kindly advise

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach Central Administrative Tribunal or High Court to solve your problem relating to getting arrears of salary since you are permanent employee. You have to approach chartered accountant to solve your tax problems.

A.Company will have to pay you the arrears with interest and if it is not doing so then you can ( all the employees who are affected) file a case in the High Court against the PSU and get a court order asking the employer to pay you your due salary.

A.Hello
It would be suggested to send a legal notice to the company with the help of a lawyer and still after sending the notice they are not giving you the pending payment then you have all right to move to the civil court and file a suit against btue company.
Thanks

A.Hello
Check the rule of employment of the concerned PSU and check what's the duration of fixed for interim salary. Also you could file a suit against the company claiming your arear money back and proceed with filing a legal notice to the company.
Thanks
