Service Matter and payment not as per 7th Pay commission Service Matter and payment not as per 7th Pay commission

I along with 32 others were selected for post of Senior Assistant in pay scale of 10300-34800+4400 Grade pay in 5th Punjab Pay commission. Due to administrative reasons, better known to the department, my colleagues were offered appointment letter one month prior to me and in meantime a letter was issued by Finance Department to issue appointment letter as per pays in 7th Central Pay scale for the said post. 32 others are getting pay scale mentioned above however I am placed in 35400 level 6 of pay matrix in 7th CPC. It is pertinent to mention here that I am 2nd as per merit of 33 candidates. Kindly guide what should I do?

A.If you organization is covered under the Administrative Tribunal then file a case/application to the State Administrative Tribunal and if not then file a writ petition to the High Court. It is evident that there has been injustice with you and you will have to take the recourse of court/tribunal.
