boja on the land from 2002 so I want to remove the loan and the bank is not exist now on our city what is the process to remove this boja amount

A.Visit any branch of the said bank which has sanctioned the loan over the land and discuss in detail about the said loan and find out from to whom you can contact. If there is any outstanding amount left, then, repay that amount and get the NOC from the said bank. When all these paperwork is done, your loan will be over and you are free.

A.Hi,
You can contact the bank regional office and enquire the same. You have to deposit the loan amount with the interest at the bank. Then the bank will issue No Dues Pending certificate.

A.Hi,
You have to pay the loan amount with interest to the bank. If you have any doubt regarding the payment of loan, you can call the head office of that particular bank in your area.

A.You need to repay our loan to respective bank. Then said bank will issue No Dues Pending certificate . After That You have to Submit that certificate to Talathi Office for Clear Mutation Entry to remove That Boja Amount. Said process will done.

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach higher revenue officers if your lower revenue officers refuse to delete such entry. Section 136(3) of Karnataka Land Revenue Act provides for it. Similar provision might be existing in your local revenue Act.

A.If there is a loan on a property/land then you will have to visit the bank -branch which sanctioned the loan on the property and find out the details from them. Whatever is the outstanding amount you will have to pay the amount and clear the loan. Once that is done your land will be free from loan;
