PAYMENT CONFLICT FOR INCOME SHARE AGREEMENT

Hi, I want to ask about Income share agreement, i joined some course the course around march of 2020 and its a 6 month course and they said that they will give 100% placement when the course is done and have to pay the fees after securing the the package of 6 and above verbally, but after 11 months i did not have a job and i started looking for the job own my own and got the job by my own skills and not the skills that they teach me or guarantee that i will have a job with these skills. After joining the company they asked me the amount to pay to them and i read the agreement and saw that it doesn't specify the terms of payment for the "obligator"  in case he/she secures a job on their own. This is the reason for the conflict should i have to pay to them and what are legal actions can be taken in this case
