Document from court Document from court

I am a female and have filed for divorce. For official purposes, where I do not want to add husband's name, I need a document to prove that divorce has been filed. What document can I use? Or, how to get a proof that divorce has been filed?

For all this the official document is the divorce decree which is the legal prooff that you have been seperated from your husband. That's the original proof of your divorce. Till then you cannot remove your husband's name.
Thanks.

A.Dear Mam,
Until and unless the divorce decree is passed by the court, there is no way to remove the husband's name. If in any case you do not want to add your husband's name, or if you want to change your surname , you can normally write your father's name.

A.You can use the copy of the order to show that the case has been filed. Reach out to your lawyer he will help you in getting the certified copy of the order from the court where your case is pending.

A.Hello
Your husband name would be removed once you have obtained the divorced decree from the court. After obtaining the divorce decree you don't have to add your husband name in any documents.
Thanks
