My friends grandfather purchased a land in favour of constructing a temple .and it was not constructed in his life time. Can my friend sell this property and construct a temple or can he able to register onto himself

A.Hello
If your grandfather purchased a land for construction on temple and due to which he was register any trust for such purposes then you have no right to sell out your grandfathers property.

Madam,My friends grandfather registered land in favour of temple.that doesn't mean we can utilize it to sell and construct the temple.what does the word in favour of temple indicate.and moreever temple is not constructed up to now

A.Land will go tot he legal heirs of his grandfather i.e. son, wife and daughters in equal proportion if he died intestate. construction of the temple may be his wish and its upon the desire of the heirs that whether they want to sell it or use it for temple construction

Sir ,if the property is registered in favour of the temple.and is not constructed in his life time.can now the legal heirs can divide the property themselves.

It is registered in favour of temple and mutawali is my friends grandfather
