LEGAL ADVICE AND SUGGESTIONS FOR RE-START PEACEFUL LIFE

I want to leave my family and wife stay way from all my entire family. without any contact and communication from them to start new life simply as a monk/alone peacefully.
Can you please suggest me reg, I want leave my home and family and stay far from them without any communication(out of india) and how should i do it and any legal challenges face from wife and her family. I don't want involve any kind of legal disputes and hurtles in my next life cycle. and also I'm thinking i want write one letter before leave, like i never return and forgive kind of note and if any property or money comes from my father it should be given to a spouse.

A.Hi,
If you have considered severance from family to become an ascetic then you can give an undertaking in your name stating all the above points and the fact that there are no other obligations or family considerations that tie you to the family. Once you have severed your connection there is no connection regarding person or property and there would be no legal encumbrances whatsoever.
