Found insects in rice bag

I have bought rice bag of 5 kg from PATANJALI when I open the bag I found out insects in it
What can the possible legal way in which I can proceed .

A.You can file case against pantajali and co respondent shop owner jointly under consumer protection act. Before you send legal notice to the company and shop owner also you have relavent evidence that that insects you find in bag for procede your case strong relavent receipt purchase of bag of rice pantajali rice

You can register a complaint in FSSAI. They will take proper actions. You can register complaint via online too by detailing your complaint with relevant proof. Channels through which consumers can connect with FSSAI are: Helpline (Toll Free),Food Safety Voice,FSSAI APP,Email,WhatsApp/SMS,Facebook,Twitter,Formal representation,Walk-in with prior appointment etc

A.File a Consumer complaint in the respective forum. For clarifications please contact. There is a procedure for it. If u want you can proceed further. you should firstly file a consumer complaint and fight the case. Please do fight as it is necessary to punish the cheaters who are making money in the name of Made in Bharat.
