A.Hi,
There is no guarantee that the property will not be taken by the renters until it is in the name of the owner and the owner has not been gone from the property for more than 12 years. To be safe, make sure that all legal documents are in the owner's name and that the owner is not away from the property for an extended length of time.

Thank you very much. Please give the answer a rating.

A.Hi,
Until it is in the name of the owner and the owner is not absent from the property for more than 12 years, there is no bar way that the property will be taken by the tenants. So in order to be careful, ensure that all the legal documents are in the name of the owner and that the owner is not absent from the property for a long period of time.
Thank you. Kindly rate the answer.
