File writ petition against UPSSSC for PET 2021 as the website was not working

How can I file writ petition against UPSSSC to get the last date of PET 2021 extended. The website was not working when last date to apply (21 June 2021) was coming. Me and my colleagues were not able to apply for PET 2021

Please inform them about the issue by mail or through post. They have to give adequate time for candidates and if there is any technical glitches, they have to grant extra time for compensating it. If you did not get favorable decision even after the mail, you can approach the court.

A.Hi,
First you can request the UPSC by mail or through post to extend the last date of PET. If there is any technical issues for a certain period of time, it is there duty to give that much time for candidates. If you did not get proper replay or favorable decision, you can approach the court through a lawyer.
