we invested in another company

I have taken loan from the bank on my firm. And we invested in another company as a partner (Amount directly transferred to Seller from my bank). After 9 months they have asked to leave the company. I agreed for that. But i have asked form my share as per the profit and lose basis. But they did not agreed for that. They said they will give some little amount. I have not agreed for that. What i have to do now ?

You can approach the court with the required documents. You are entitled to have a share in the profit of the company based on the amount you have invested or as per the stipulations in the contract deed.

A.Hi,
You can approach the court. You have right to get profits based on the amount you have invested or as per the conditions of the contract. If there is any breech, you can consult a lawyer and sue against the company.
