I`ve was in a relation with a guy for 1 year and in this year i have found that he is not suitable for me and i wanted to get out of that relation. as i told him that its not possible for us and my parents wont allow this he started acting like pyshco and forcefully tied nuptial chain even though i removed it , that guy called my parents and started abusing me in front of them. please kindly help me what should i do in this situation?

A.Hello Ma'am
In your situation it would be advised to file a criminal complaint or FIR in the nearest police station against that person for forcefully try to get married with you and harrassing you and abusing.

A.Hello
Ma'am it would be suggested to get out of that relationship immediately and not contact that person and in case he abuses you and harass you then you could file criminal complaint against that person for harassment.

A.You should take police help finding complaint against him about torture and forcing living with him if police not taking action then you can file private complaint in court also. You also remedy under domestic violence act in court
