A.Dear client,
After counter filed by the respondent if you want to file rejoinder or answer to the counter, on 13 August to can ask court grant time for filing rejoinder. If you don't want to file rejoinder court will hear both the arguments on 13August and post another date for judgement.

A.Hi,
Court may give judgement on the same day or any other day which they will inform you in advance. It depends upon various factors of your case. You have to be present at the time of hearing.

A.Hi,
It depends upon the case and your demands. Sometimes court may render the judgement on that day itself or put the judgement in hold to any other day. You both parties have to be present at the time of hearing.

A.If you are unwilling to file Affidavit in Reply in respect of the Written Objection or Affidavit in Opposition filed by the Respondent, then if both sides are present on August 13,then the Hon'ble High Court Judge after argument of both sides will either give judgment in open Court or specify another date for Judgment.

However, due to Covid pandemic situation ,as most of the Courts are following NO ADVERSE ORDER direction, then the Ld. Advocate of the Respondent to facilitate his client can opt for not to appear on the date of the matter when the matter will be called on and in such case the Hon'ble Court cannot allow the hearing on your part and the matter will be adjourned for another date.

A.Court may ask you as to whether you wish to file your rejoinder and if you say yes then court will fix date giving you time for filing rejoinder but if you refuse to file rejoinder then court will list the matter for argument. Check the order sheet of court to get clarification.
