A.If you want to proceed legally than file a maintenance petition against your husband under section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 after issuing him legal notice and if he doesn't comply with your claims, If you don't want to proceed legally than you can approach a good and trustworthy babysitter woman and entrust your children with babysitter from morning to evening if you deem fit and start working. Thank you.

A.Hello Ma'am
If you are seperated then you have all rights to claim maintenance from your husband for you and you daughters as well. And he is liable to pay that he cannot deny. Even if you are working your daughters could claim maintenance from your husband until they started earning or get married.

A.Hello Ma'am
It's your right to claim maintenance from your husband doesn't matter what your husband is working. Also if you are working you daughters could still claim maintenance from their father under the Hindu Maintenance Act. He is liable to pay the same. You could go to court to claim the same.

A.Dear Mam,

You have the option of filing maintenance case in the court of law so that you can get monthly expenditure. Also you can get the maintenance for your children as they are minor and it is the liability of the husband to give monthly expenses for the wife and children. The monthly expenditure decides upon the salary of the husband and it is the discretion of the court to decide the amount of expense to be given to you.
