A.Your husband cannot make you ci-applicant unless and untill you have not consented to be co-applicant and untill you have not signed the required bank forms. Report the matter to police complaining fraud caused by your husband and thereafter write to bank citing the fraud with request to delete your name. You can also file suit for declaration, mandatory and permanent injunction against bank and your husband.

A.How did your husband make you co-applicant without your signature and which bank did he apply loan which sanctioned such loan without seeing such person. Even if your husband has forged your signature usually a bank cannot pass such loan without meeting such person. Anyhow if your signature has been forged than you can file a cheating case against your husband and also visit the bank first and enquire how this thing happened and ask the bank as to how can your name be withdrawn from the loan if the same can be done. But also not able to understand why your husband would do such act except in the case to harass you if things aren't going well between you two. Thank you.

A.Hi,
He cannot be held responsible if your bank account is a joint account. You might attempt to penalise the husband if the account is not joint. Although it is possible that the spouse will be appointed as the legal representative.
Thank you very much.

A.Hi,
If your bank account is a joint account, then he cannot be held liable. if the account is not joint then you can seek to punish the husband. Although it would be considered that the husband becomes the legal representative.
Thank you.

A.Dear Mam,

If you have no knowledge about the said loan, then, you may contact the said loan branch as early as possible and file the application for forged signatures used by your husband without your consent or authorization, as it is illegal and an action can be taken against the person.

Kindly respond for more query & Rate, if you like.
