i sign bike finance agreement surety to my friend, now my friend went to other state he escaped. now finance agents are torturing me. how to get rid from them

You have the option of reporting this to the police under section 383. Extortion.— Extortion is defined as the act of putting someone in fear of damage to themselves or others and then deceiving that person into giving them any property or valuable security, or anything signed or sealed that may be turned into a valuable security.

You can seek to report this matter to the police under section 383. Extortion.—Who deliberately puts any person in fear of harm to themselves or others, and then dishonestly convinces that person to give to that person any property or valuable security, or anything signed or sealed that can be transformed into a valuable security, commits "extortion."

A.Dear Sir,
When you sign the agreement as a surety on behalf of the other person whether that person is your friend, relative or else, and that person does not repay the loan amount or get escape from that loan amount, then, the liability comes in the hands of the surety i.e. you. Now, you do not have any other option rather repay the said loan. You can get rid of those agents only after repaying the outstanding amount of loan.
