The company is refusing to give my refund

I have purchased one month subscription of a online mentorship program of Rs549 and the quality of the service is not as promised so I wanted my refund after 4 days and I told them to give me my refund and to cut the per day cost ( which should be 549/30=Rs18 per day) but they told me that their per day cost is Rs 149. They told me I will not be given any refund and they said If I kept asking for refund they are gonna block me from their service)
(Their company is Unregistered and they do not have their any website and they accept payments through Gpay)
So what should I do now to get my refund?

Sir it would be advised to send a legal notice to the company to claim back your refund. Also check the agreement you have signed with company to get a better understanding regarding the terms and conditions with company you have agreed upon while taking subscription.

A.Hello Sir.
If the company is not registered then there are chances that they are committing fraud. You send a legal notice to the company to refund your money otheriwise you would move to the court.
