Mutual Divorce - Petition Withdrawal due to Reunion Mutual Divorce - Petition Withdrawal due to Reunion

We (Husband and wife) were coerced and brainwashed by relatives for mutual divorce and we have filed for the same in court and both of us appeared before family court judge.
Within two months, we have realised that we wanted to live together and reunited.
Now, the lawyer says we need to file a petition to withdraw our suit for mutual divorce.
Due to pandemic crisis, we are in a dire financial condition. We can't afford lawyer fee.
Questions:
If both of us not appearing or filling a withdrawal petition, will our mutual divorce application be dismissed automatically?
Can we avail free legal/lawyer support to file for withdrawal of our divorce petition, since we cannot afford court expenses?
Shall we appear on our own without a lawyer's support?

A.Hello Client,

Firstly, Congratulations to you both.
if you don't appear before the court then the case will be dismissed after a certain time on the ground.
but it's better to withdraw the case.
there are many pro bono legal services you can apply to.
you may also visit the court and ask for help on the next date.

Thank You.

A.Hi,
First and foremost, congrats. There are a number of lawyers that provide pro bono legal services; simply ask about and you will be able to locate them. It is preferable to get the help of a lawyer rather than attempting to handle things on your own.

Thank you very much. Please leave a rating.
