Share market fraud Share market fraud

I am an online share market trader trading by using Angel broking ltd.  My purchase price was not in line with current market price at that time.
The summary as below.
When I was trading on 15Jul2021 on Naturalgas market, I faced a serious issue. I am very annoyed to see the buying order which was taken at 19:59:59 (date: 15Jul2021) 39 orders of natural gas (Expiry: Jul2021 lot). I have used the stop loss option at the price RS 273.5. Price did not even reach RS 273.0. But the order triggered as my buying price as RS 273.5. It is not at all acceptable. There was no such price in RS273.5 between the time frame 19:55Hrs and 20:00 Hrs.  in the trading view chart and MCX intraday chart. But my order price is RS273.5 when it was triggered at the time 19:59:59 15Jul2021.  It is not possible. Due to this I faced 2 lakhs loss. If that order was triggered later as I expected, I would have got more gain. I missed potential gain from my both stop loss order (Buying and selling) and landed in big loss. It is never acceptable to me.
I want to know how I can claim the acquired loss and lost benefit by proceeding with Consumer court.
Thank you.

A.Hi
If you haven't already complained to Angel Broking, you can make a complaint with them through the following email address: [email protected]
If your issue remains unresolved by Angel Broking then you can approach invester complaints cell of SEBI online.

A.Hello
If you want to file a case in consumer court then you could proceed with it by hiring a lawyer and send a legal notice to the trading platform claiming your compensation and in case they deny you'll file a suit against them.
Thanks
